A selection of recent work. If you want to talk to someone who has had us on site, ask and we will put you in touch.
2 St Martins Road, St Martins
Five two-bedroom homes. Habitus Group, built by DPF Construction. Completed January 2025.
Full electrical fit-out across the units, including EV chargers, security systems, PIN code entry and built-in heat pumps.
The homes are SIPS panel construction, which changes how the job has to run. Services have to be right before the panels go up, because there is no easy chasing afterwards. We worked the rough-in off the drawings rather than sorting it on site.
102 Colombo Street, Beckenham
Six homes across one, two and three bedrooms. Habitus Group, built by DPF Construction. Completed December 2025.
Every unit got an EV charger, security system, PIN code entry and a built-in heat pump, so the scope ran well past a standard residential fit-out. SIPS construction again, with the same need to get it right the first time.
Solar and battery, West Melton
Grid-connected solar with battery storage on a lifestyle property.
System designed around the property's actual consumption over a full year rather than a standard package, then staged so the client could spread the spend. Lines company application, commissioning and Certificate of Compliance handled by us.
Grain silo level monitoring
Twelve silos, monitored remotely over LoRaWAN.
Radar level sensors on each silo reporting to a gateway around two kilometres away, with the data decoded, corrected for silo geometry, filtered for spikes and logged to a time-series database with dashboards.
The client can now see what is in every silo from a phone instead of climbing them. We recommended piloting on a single silo before the full rollout, because grain does not behave like a liquid surface and we wanted the readings proven before committing.
New build automation, Broadleaf Lane
Security, automation and ducted heating on a residential new build.
Econx panel handling security and automation, with channel allocation worked out at design stage for mains relays, low voltage circuits, infrared heat pump outputs and sensor inputs. Six ducted heat pump systems with a room-by-room schedule.
Planned in with the wiring rather than added afterwards, which is the only way a job like this stays tidy.
Water blaster control, Patoa Farms
Variable speed drive control for a farm water blaster.
Pressure switch run-on control so the unit runs when it is needed and stops when it is not, with the drive doing the work instead of cycling the motor. Signage and labelling to match.
